We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout screen. When you place an order, you will be given an approximate delivery date for your order based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping and handling charges for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
If you believe that we made a mistake in shipping your order, you must first call us to obtain a Replacement Merchandise Authorization number (“RAM”). We will collect information from you and if we determine that there was a mistake on our part, we will issue you a RAM. We will not issue any replacements without you first obtaining a RAM from us. We will then ship to you, at our cost, the replacement product within ten business days after the issuance of a RAM.
